Hand washing is a must, along with the use of cold water! Especially with layered vinyl, it is important to wash the cups gently. The straws and PLASTIC lids are dishwasher safe. Hand wash all bamboo lids!
The current turn around time is about 7-10 business days, BEFORE shipping! Depending on the shipping preference you selected, shipping could take anywhere from a few days to over a week.
At this time, we only ship to the US. We are currently working out shipping for international and Canada, and we will update when that becomes available!
